During his free time, Charlie enjoyed various hobbies and interests that brought him immense pleasure. He loved the exhilaration of motorcycle riding and felt a deep connection to nature while fishing alongside his late brothers. The peacefulness of the beach always drew him in, providing solace from the busyness of everyday life. As a lifelong Red Sox and Patriots fan, he celebrated many victories alongside fellow enthusiasts and reveled in the passion for sports that united them all. Additionally, Charlie shared memorable hunting expeditions with his dear friend Ivan.

In 2018, Charlie experienced profound loss when his beloved wife Hope Wilkins passed away. Theirs was a love story for the ages, and Charlie carried her memory in his heart every day. He found strength and solace in the love they shared and the memories they created together.

Charlie is survived by his two sons, Steven Wilkins and his fiancé Karen Letendre of Marlborough, MA, and Chuck Wilkins and his wife Lisa of Melrose, MA.
