NORTHBOROUGH – Northborough residents are invited to participate in a community survey on health and human services.
The survey is being administered by the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission. It comes as the town considers a more unified approach to its health and human services. The survey will allow residents to provide input on the community’s needs and priorities and their opinions on the accessibility, effectiveness and areas of improvement for health and social services.
The survey will only take a few minutes; your responses will be anonymous.
The survey will be open through Feb. 20. It can be completed in-person at Town Hall or online at https://www.town.northborough.ma.us/.
