Shrewsbury – Robert H. Taylor, 45, of Shrewsbury, formerly of Westborough, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at home.
Born in Framingham, he is the son of Kathryn R. Welsh of Millville and Harry V. Taylor, Jr. of Westborough. He was raised and educated in Westborough and was a 1996 graduate of Westborough High School. He also attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Rob loved music and was a talented musician and singer. He was also an Eagle Scout with Troop 100 in Westborough, loved the outdoors, and was an avid fisherman.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Kendra Clark McGovern and her husband, Gary, of Katy, TX, a brother, Matthew Clark, and his wife, Rabbekka, of Mendon, his stepfather, Kurt Rissmiller, three nephews, Brady McGovern, Caleb Clark, and Eli Clark. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Services and interment in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westborough will be private.
