Grafton – Millbury Street Elementary School second-graders participated in the New England Aquarium’s Tide Pool Adaptations Program Dec. 3 and 5. The students had the opportunity to get up close and personal with many live sea creatures including hermit crabs, sea urchins, spider crabs, starfish and a huge slimy snail. In small groups, the students were able to learn, touch and talk about the different sea creatures and their habitats, as well as how they adapt to their environments.
