Marlborough - Justin Friess, 17, from Boy Scout Troop 2, recently completed his service project to earn the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's highest honor. Friess, along with members of his troop, his family and friends, built four hexagon shaped picnic tables for the courtyard of the 1LT Charles W. Whitcomb Middle School.
