Westborough voters to decide on TIF for eClinicalWorks

Voters will be asked at the May 14 Annual Town Meeting to approve a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Agreement between the town and eClinicalWorks, a Westborough-based business that develops software for the medical industry.

Peabody – Mary Constance (Baxter) Pardee, the beloved wife of the late Lt. Col. Harry W. Pardee Jr. (USAF, ret.), died Sunday March 20, 2011 at Brooksby Village, Peabody, after a prolonged illness.
