Westborough – Extensive renovations are ongoing at the historic Arcade Building, located on the town’s rotary at 3 Milk St. and 5-7 Milk St. In June 2012, the Board of Selectmen approved a request from Dean Calivas and Diane Lim to create a mixed-use property at the site.  At that time, Lim said they would like to have retail establishments on the first floor and apartments on the second floor. Part of the renovations will also include adding onto the existing sidewalk and building a handicapped-accessible entrance.
