Obit Sally Cochran-Beaulieu,Hudson – Sally A. (Carroll) Cochran-Beaulieu, 81, a longtime resident of Hudson, died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015 at Marlborough Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Vern C. Cochran, who died in 1970, and the late George Beaulieu, who died in 2002.

Sally was born in Clinton, daughter of the late Milo P. and Theresa (Flanagan) Carroll. She was raised in Sterling where she attended local schools and was a 1952 graduate of Clinton High School. She later received her Associate’s Degree from Becker Jr. College in 1954.

She was a member of the former Christ the King Parish in Hudson and presently a member of Saint Michael’s Parish in Hudson. She was a member of the Catholic Daughter’s Association and also a member of the Ladies Sodality.

Sally loved spending her early life as a dancer and baton twirler. For many years, she spent her summers camping at the Outdoor World Camping Grounds in Wells, Maine. Her favorite pastime was walking the beaches of Wells and Ogunquit, Maine. Another interest was collecting “Gingerbread Men.” She will be forever remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother and later as a loving and doting grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be truly missed by all.

She is survived by her six children, David C. Cochran and his wife Lorraine of New York, Diane T. Fournier and her husband Donald of Virginia, Cathy Oram and her husband Mark of Marlborough, Stephen C. Cochran and his longtime partner Debbie Joyce of Hudson, Kevin J. Cochran and his wife Suzanne of Charlton, and Michael V. Cochran and his wife Michele of Athol. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Mary “Aunt” Cochran of Hudson, and her many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with her two step-children, Paul Beaulieu and his wife Mary of Connecticut and Carol Jacobs and her husband Joseph of Hudson.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 9 a.m., in Saint Michael’s Church, 21 Manning St., Hudson. Burial will follow in Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Hudson. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, Sept. 29, from 5-7 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sally may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of MA/NH, 460 S. River St., Marshfield, MA 02050.
