Shrewsbury – Help support the Shrewsbury Senior Center by taking part in its Fall Basket Raffle. Sponsored by the Friends of the Shrewsbury Senior Center, Inc. and open to the whole community, the basket raffle features a wide variety of baskets made possible by the very generous donations of local businesses and individuals. There is something for everyone – gift cards, food baskets, lottery tickets, beauty products, coffee and tea baskets, baby basket and much, much more.
Beginning Sept. 15, you can view the baskets on display at the Shrewsbury Senior Center, 98 Maple Ave., and purchase raffle tickets at the front desk. The baskets will also be on display Sept. 26 at the Spirit of Shrewsbury Expo, and you can purchase tickets at that time.
The drawing will be held Oct. 20 at the Friends’ monthly program. All proceeds will benefit the Senior Center.
