Westborough – Each February the Westborough Public Library’s “Can Your Fines” program offers patrons who have late library materials a way to settle their fines, not with money, but rather with nonperishable items that are then donated to the Westborough Food Pantry.
This year, the library is adding another option. Patrons may donate new children’s pajamas, in sizes 4/5T-18/20, to have their fines forgiven. The pajamas will then be distributed, through a partnership with the Boston Bruins and nonprofit group Cradles to Crayons, to children in need.
