‘Eating for a Healthy Heart’ cooking demonstration at Whittier Hospital

    Westborough – Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital and Wegmans invite the public to attend a free community education program, “Eating for a Healthy Heart,” Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 12 p.m. at Whittier, 150 Flanders Road, Westborough. Wegmans’ Executive Chef Arlo Trainor will demonstrate one of their new cooking techniques of Chinese veggies and sauce “Wok Hay” style or breath of the Wok. Lunch will be served. Presented by Trainor and Terry Petruska RD, chief dietitian at Whittier. RSVP to Joanne, Whittier Education Department, at 508-871-2134. www.whittierhealth.com
