Grafton – Barry K. Higginbottom of Grafton, 64 years of age passed away January 15th, 2024. He grew up in Millbury and was a resident of Grafton for the past 30 years.
He leaves behind his wife Cindy of 25 years and his children Danielle and Bryce of Grafton, his father Kenneth and brothers Kevin and Mark of Millbury. He predeceased his mother Gail of Millbury.
Barry was a true sportsman, he enjoyed watching and playing sports. He loved golfing, hunting, softball and his family and friends. He truly loved the companionship of his dogs throughout his entire life. He had a passion for his work as a master carpenter for over 40 years.
He shot in many archery tournaments for Golden Eagle Archery. He played in the state tournaments for softball in his younger years and always told stories of his favorite memories playing on those teams.
He loved the beach, that was one of his happy places. He will be truly missed by family and friends as he lives on in memory forever.
All are welcome to gather with Barry’s family and friends at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536 Friday January 26th from 11am-1pm with a service following at 1pm in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
