Region – The Hundredth Town Chorus is seeking female singers to sing in their four-part chorus. No prior musical experience is needed. No auditions are required. The chorus is in need of new female voices, of all ages, for the new spring season beginning Wednesday, Jan. 7.

The chorus recently celebrated its 65th anniversary of singing and entertaining at area nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and senior centers in Worcester County. There are four performances at the end of the season in May. Music includes classics, Broadway favorites, popular music, patriotic songs and folk songs. The chorus has members from Westborough, Northborough, Southborough, Grafton, Shrewsbury, Millbury, Uxbridge and other towns in the greater Worcester area.

Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Congregation B’nai Shalom, 117 E. Main St., Westborough. All performances are also held on Wednesday mornings.
