Westborough – Leon Logothetis, the acclaimed author of “The Kindness Diaries: One Man’s Quest to Ignite Goodwill and Transform Lives Around the World,” will be at Tatnuck Bookseller Sunday, Jan. 11, from 1-3 p.m.
As part of his book tour, Logothetis will also be giving those who buy his book a chance to win a $100 American Express gift card. The card will be placed in one of the copies of the books that will be on sale that day at Tatnuck.
The winner of the card will also be automatically entered into a drawing for a grand prize to win a 10 day service expedition abroad. The prize, which is sponsored by the international organization UBELONG, will receive a trip that will allow them to travel abroad “to volunteer and engage with a community in order to spread kindness to another part of the world.”

Logothetis is a “global adventurer, motivational speaker and philanthropist,” according to his website, www.leonlogothetis.com but it wasn’t always that way. Formerly a broker in London, he left behind that life to travel the world, determined to survive on the kindness of strangers. In doing so, he has visited more than 90 countries and traveled to every continent. His new book, “The Kindness Diaries,” chronicles his adventures.
