Shrewsbury – On Nov. 22, the Shrewsbury Board of Selectmen unanimously approved a single tax rate of $11.11 per $1,000 of assessed value, or a 4.12 percent increase, for residential and business properties in fiscal year 2012.

Marlborough – Attorney Arthur Bergeron has filed a Notice of Application for Site Eligibility for the construction of 290 units of affordable housing on a site off Route 20, across from RK Plaza, and between Glen Street and Ames Street.
