Northborough – The town of Northborough has issued this traffic advisory for tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 21.
5K road race: Start time is 10 a.m. from the Zeh Elementary school, Howard Street. Church Street will be closed from 9:50 a.m. to approximately 10:15 a.m. Please observe and follow posted detour routes.
Please watch for runners on Brewer, Green and Howard Streets.
Applefest parade: Route is West Main Street and Main Street (Route 20) from Lincoln Street to School Street, including the center of town. The Route 20 parade route will close to traffic at 11:50 a.m. and remain closed until the parade finishes at approximately 12:30 p.m. Traffic on all routes to the center of town (including Church, Hudson and South streets) will be impacted.
Please observe and follow posted detour routes.
Please expect delays and seek alternate routes during these two events. Uniformed police officers will be present to assist with traffic.
