How long have you been playing basketball?
“I started playing basketball in the fourth grade.”
What is your favorite part about playing for the Colonials?
“Getting to be with my teammates everyday. They make basketball practice so much fun, and they all look forward to them too.”
Which teammate of yours at Shrewsbury has pushed you most to become a better player?
“Jane Aulenback has pushed me to be the player I am today because she's had so much success in the game of basketball. I's a competitor, and I strive to be as successful as her, which in the end makes me a better player.
What is your most memorable high school game?
“Beating Holy Name in the district semi-finals last year at Clark University because it was such an emotional game.”
The team is off to a hot start this season. What is the key to that success?
“The key to our success is coming out with a lot of energy, and playing our individual roles as best we can during the game.”
What are your expectations for the rest of the season?
“Our expectations are to be league champs, and to win the district finals.”
What is your favorite sport?
“On top of basketball, I also play volleyball and softball, with softball being my favorite.”
Will you be playing a sport at the next level?
“I am committed to Providence College to play softball.”
What is your favorite class in school?
“My favorite class is calculus because of my teacher, Mr. Collins.”
Who is your biggest role model?
“My biggest role model would have to be my dad, because he is always doing the right thing.”
