Shrewsbury – Jeanine C. Scovil, 53, of Shrewsbury, passed away at her home in the care of her family on Aug. 27, 2021.
She was the daughter of the late Jackoline L. (Parker) Scovil. Jeanine was born and raised in Westborough and attended Westborough High and Quinsigamond Community College.
Jeanine is survived by her fiancé, Mark Laferriere of Shrewsbury; her brother, Charles S. Scovil of Worcester; and two sisters, Sherri Holly and her two daughters, Lynn and Briana of Northborough, and Wendy Martin and her two sons, James and Blake of Shrewsbury. Her brother, Wayne J. Scovil, died in June 2021.
Jeanine was a loving, caring nurse for over 20 years. She worked for a nursing agency which included nursing home and hospice care.
She loved camping, the beach, and loved life. She was a loving, caring person and if she loved you, you knew it.
Services will be held in a few weeks at a time to be announced. There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are in the care of Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave., Worcester.
