Grafton/New Bedford – Jeffrey A. Plotczyk, 39, passed away at home October 4, 2021 following an illness.
He is survived by his mother Carol (Mendys) Plotczyk, his brother Andrew Plotczyk, his father Mark Plotczyk, his grandfather Stanley Mendys and several cousins.
All are welcome to gather with Jeffrey’s family for a calling hour Saturday October 9th from 10am-11am followed by a prayer service at 11am at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536. He will then be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Grafton.
