Shrewsbury – Joan Frances (Stasko) Finnerty, 86, of Shrewsbury, MA passed away after a valiant battle with cancer on Friday, March 18, 2022.
She is survived by her 3 children; Kristin A. Saunders and her husband Wayne of Newburyport, MA, her son Michael M. Finnerty and his wife Jennifer of Westborough, MA and Sonya L. Arsenault and her husband Kenneth of Beverly, MA. She was predeceased by her loving husband William B. Finnerty in 2006.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visiting hours from 4 – 6pm on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the BRITTON-SHREWSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main St., Shrewsbury. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, March 25, 2022 at St. Mary’s Church, next door, at 640 Main St. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury.
