Palm Coast, Fla. – David M. Bartlett Sr., 64, of Palm Coast, Fla., passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a valiant battle with heart failure on Aug. 5, 2023.
David was the beloved husband of 37 years to Jacqueline (Zicuis), devoted father of Stephanie and Gary Dufresne of Westborough, John Paul Bartlett of St. Augustine, Fla. and David M. Bartlett Jr., and Papa to Christopher Bartlett, Lincoln Dufresne, Ava Dufresne and Jolene Bartlett.
David retired from Com Electric/NSTAR in 2010 after 23 years and was a proud member of Utility Worker Union of American local 369.
David embraced every moment of life and enjoyed it spending time with his family. He enjoyed hunting, target shooting, and fishing, especially with his son-in-law Gary. David walked the beach every morning with his loyal German Shepherd, Mason, and could be found every weekend on a Volusia county beach.
David’s family asks that you consider donating blood, platelets or plasma in his honor.
Friends are invited to a celebration of David’s life to be held on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023 at John Boyle O’Reilly Hall, 17 Willow St., Westborough, MA, from 12-4 p.m.
