Marlborough – Paul Francis Krebs, 79, of Marlborough, MA, passed away, Sunday, October 8, 2023, at home. Born in Natick, MA, he was the son of the late Rudolph J. and Ruth (Sunderland) Krebs.
Paul was the owner and operator of Krebs Sales for 43 years, retiring in 2014.
Throughout his life, Paul was an avid skier and enjoyed the White Mountains. He loved taking road trips on his motorcycle or his 1967 cherry red Corvette and spending time on his boat, often attempting to water ski. Paul loved live music and attended many shows, especially Aerosmith and REO Speedwagon. Paul spent hours reading books on history while tanning in the Florida sun.
He had a heart of gold and was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Anne Marie Andrews of Natick, MA, Ellen Hickey of Boxboro, MA, Patricia Hickey of Woburn, MA, Margaret Sioui of San Diego, CA, Michael Hickey of Peabody, MA, John Krebs of Washington, DC and many great nieces and nephews. Paul is also survived by Christopher Mattson who was like a son to him. He was the brother of the late Mary Ruth Krebs, John Krebs, and Anne Hickey.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 4-7PM in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., NATICK COMMON. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 10AM in the funeral home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will take place in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Pond St., Natick.
