Marlborough City Council candidates make argument for election

MARLBOROUGH – Marlborough voters will head to the polls on Nov. 7 to weigh in on several races, including City Council.

There are contested races for at-large councilors and Wards 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7. Mark Vital is the only candidate on the ballot for Ward 1, and incumbent John Irish is seeking another term to represent Ward 5.

Races for the Marlborough School Committee and Assabet Valley School Committee are uncontested.
