New wellness nurse hours at Northborough Senior Center

Northborough - The Northborough Senior Center is now partnering with SALMON VNA & Hospice to provide an onsite wellness nurse. The nurse will offer a clinic on the third Tuesday of every month from 12:30 – 2 p.m., which will include general health screening and education, referrals, preventative health care advice, medication consultations, and glucose screening for those individuals who bring their own glucometers.
