Marlborough – Christopher G. Karis, 90, formerly of Foxborough, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at the Hearthstone Healthcare of Marlborouggh after an illness. He was the beloved husband of Doris (Snow) Karis for the past 62 years.
Mr. Karis was an electrical engineer for the fomer Boston Edison.
He is survived by his children, Jonathan Karis and his wife Nancy of Southborough and Kathleen Karis of Jupiter, Fla., and his two grandchildren, Matthew and Kirsten Karis of Southborough.
A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 24, at 11 a.m., at the Good Shepherd Chapel, 406 Hemenway St., Marlborough. Burial will be private.
Contributions may be sent in his memory to the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, 400 Hemenway St., Marlborough, MA 01752. Arrangements are under the direction of the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough.
