Alice L. MillerGrafton – Alice L. (Fuller) Miller, 78, passed away at home July 18, 2023 following a lengthy illness.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, Robert Miller, her children Katherine Wood and her husband Ronald, Karen and her husband Stephen, her grandchildren Jason Newton, Jeremey Wood, Alissa Cunningham, Tara Cormier, Carrie Perrine, Christina Creamer, and Jared Creamer, 6 great-grandchildren, her brother Doug Fuller and several nieces and nephews.

Alice was born September 18, 1944 in Boylston, MA and her roots were there. She was a graduate of West Boylston High School in 1962 and embarked on a lengthy career at the Department of Defense. She called Grafton home where she lived for most of her life.

Away from work she was a dedicated volunteer with Meals on Wheels having earned recognition from the State for her contributions. She had a great love of the coast in Maine and always looked forward to summers on York Beach. She and her husband Bob took trips to Europe and across the United States on the infamous Route 66.

Each Summer she was a passionate Red Sox fan and was known to travel to Spring Training to watch the team and would score the games on a pad at home. She enjoyed capturing many memories in her life in scrapbooks over the years.

All are welcome to gather with Alice’s family and friends Tuesday July 25th from 10am-12pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536 followed by a brief prayer service at 12pm in the funeral home. She will then be laid to rest at Pine Grove Cemetery in Boylston.
