Thomas P. StirlenHudson – Thomas Potter (Tom) Stirlen of Hudson passed away peacefully on Friday, September 15, 2023.

Tom was born on June 1, 1947, in New Jersey, a son of the late William L. and Doris (Potter) Stirlen. He spent his early childhood in New Jersey and later moved to Marlboro, Massachusetts. He graduated from Marlboro High School in 1965 and from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY, with a BA in Accounting.

Tom is survived by his two sisters, Elaine Fecteau of Hudson and Lynn McDonald (Michael) of Graniteville, South Carolina, a brother, Gene Stirlen (Karen) of Colchester, Connecticut, a brother-in-law, Robert Veith (Rose) of Marlboro, a sister-in-law, Mary Stirlen of Arlington Heights, Illinois, many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother William Stirlen, Jr., his sister Cindy Veith and his brother-in-law Robert Fecteau.

All throughout his life, Tom enjoyed music and spent many years as a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church choir and the Salisbury Singers of Worcester, MA. He especially enjoyed family get-togethers and times spent with good friends.

Per his wishes, there will be no calling hours. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home is honored to be assisting Thomas’ family with arrangements.
