Hudson – Edmond Gaston Bourgeois 94 of Hudson MA, died at Marlborough Hospital on Thursday, September 28, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Marlborough, MA the son of the late Alfred G. and Blanche (St Laurent) Bourgeois. He was employed by the State of Massachusetts as a plumber.
Edmond served his Country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1951-1953.
Edmond is survived by his wife of 38 years, Janet “Jan” M. (Fisher) Bourgeois of Hudson, his 2 daughters, Honor Seaver and her friend, Dana Crouse of Grafton, Jill Bell and her husband Mykle of Marlborough, his son, James Bourgeois of Salem, grandchildren, Monica, Mathew, Mark, Charlene, Jason and “his buddy” Jonathan and his girlfriend Liz, a Great Grandson, Brayden, a brother Russell Bourgeois and a niece Dianne of Gardner.
Edmond was a lifetime member of the Marlborough Fish & Game, he was an avid outdoorsman, he loved fishing, canoeing, sailing, and bicycling. His wonderful laugh and his fondness for great conversation will be terribly missed.
According to his wishes, services for Edmond are private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to the Marlborough Fish & Game.
