Jacksonville, Fla. - Nicholas DiPilato, 88, formerly of Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 4 2012 in Jacksonville, Fla. He will lovingly be remembered by his devoted wife of 67 years, Bienvenida "Minnie" (Luna) DiPilato;

Worcester - Deacon Christopher C. Meyers, 57, formerly of Marlborough, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012 in Guatemala, two weeks after arriving for his new assignment at the Valley of the Angels Orphanage in San Jose El Manzano, Aldea.

Hudson - Fernando F. Goncalves, 43, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at UMass Memorial Healthcare, University Campus in Worcester. Born in Searraquinhos, Montalegre, Portugal, son of Davide Goncalves of Portugal and the late Helena (Ferreira) Goncalves, he had resided in Hudson the past 21 years after moving from Portugal.

Marlborough - Joseph H. Ferrara, 95, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center. He was born in Boston and lived most of his life in the Marlborough/Hudson area.

Westborough - Karin J. Pellett, 72, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was the wife of the late George H. Pellett. Born in Naugatuck, Conn., the daughter of the late Oscar and Joanne (Lenguel) Anderson, she was educated in Naugatuck schools and attended the University of Connecticut.

Southborough - Harvey D. Bigelow Sr., 80, a lifelong resident of Southborough, died Saturday, March 3, 2012 after a period of declining health. He was the devoted and loving husband of Elizabeth "Betty" (Murray) Bigelow for the past 54 years.

Southborough - James W. Hong, 43, formerly of Boston, lost his courageous battle with lung cancer Thursday, March 1, 2012. He died peacefully with dignity, surrounded by his family.

Marlborough - Harry E. Welton, 89, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at Kindred Transitional Rehabilitation Center after a long illness. He was the husband of Dorothy L. (Foster) Welton, who died in 2009. Born, raised, and educated in Marlborough, he was the son of the late William W. and Cora W. (Clement) Welton and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Hudson - Susanne P. Viegas, 39, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at Marlborough Hospital. She is survived by her parents, Jose F. and Maria J. (Pereira) Viegas of Hudson. She was born in Marlborough and raised in Hudson, where she resided her whole life. She attended the T.I.L.L. Center for many years in Hudson and enjoyed her books. She was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.

Marlborough - Karen M. (Brodeur) St. Croix, 58, died suddenly ay home Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012 after being stricken ill. She leaves her children, Kristie L. LaRose and her life partner Judy Fitzgerald of Highlands Ranch, Co. and Justin R. LaRose and his wife Kristin of Long Beach, Cal.

Southborough – Well-known and beloved Southborough resident Esther E. Lesieur passed away Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 76. She had battled cancer for over 35 years.

Westborough - Dr. William W. Walthall Jr., 88, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 of complications from Parkinson's disease. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, he attended the University of Richmond on a news carrier scholarship, attended the Medical College of Virginia, (now VCU), and served in the medical corps of the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Westborough - Warner W. Jaffe, 87, entered into rest Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012 peacefully at home. He was the beloved husband of Ilse R....

Charlton/ Northborough - Marion Gloria Day was born Oct. 11, 1926 to Leslie Clifton Day and Bertha (Beatty) Day. Raised in Northborough the fifth of eight children, she was a good student and an excellent athlete, receiving the Daughters of the American Revolution award in her senior year of high school and playing on the girls" basketball team all four years.

Hudson - Paul F. Joyce, 77, formerly of Clinton, died at his residence Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Patricia J. (Parslow) Joyce of Hudson.

Southborough - Mary L. (Hartnett) Stadig, 90, formerly of Ashland, died at home Monday morning, Feb. 27, 2012, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Ralph Stadig, who passed away in 1974.

Shrewsbury - Jordyn C. McElroy, infant son of Robert D. and Nicollette B. (Loope) McElroy of Shrewsbury, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 in the Neo Natal Unit of the Memorial Hospital.

Shrewsbury - Virginia (DiGioia) Cassanelli Miller, 91 of Southgate in Shrewsbury, passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, on Cape Cod. Her husband, Maurice Cassanelli, passed away Aug. 10, 1985, and husband Albert Miller passed away May 2009.

Shrewsbury - Nicholas A. Coda died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012 in UMass - Memorial Healthcare, University Campus. He was 62.
